Youth Projects Lead

Paula is a Civil Engineer – MEng (GMICE)

Her mission is to bridge the gap between young black women, esp. in engineering and technology. And also to encourage black African women to defy gender norms and pursue careers in STEM fields.

She has a passion for encouraging BAME women in their personal and professional development. She has experience in leadership roles and with customer interaction from university and working in the retail sector.

Paula is the ideal point of contact for University students, young graduates, College leavers, and youths who wish to explore their options in the digital and professional space.
