Sarah Nabudde (she/her) lives in Liverpool where she has been a peer mental health support worker in the NHS and worked in mental health organizations locally. She advocates making others especially Millennials aware that people with mental illness should be treated with fairness and because they can be educated, articulate, and capable too.

She is always passionate about creating the right support and understanding within the ‘Mental Health Landscape’ specifically within the Black Ethnic Minority communities. She shares commitment, hope, and integrity to support and aspire to improve a caring and compassionate culture for all.
